1. Payment Terms & Merchant Onboarding
- Merchants must complete the full payment for onboarding to access IndiSpeed services.
- The business kit (weighing scale, measurement tape, and printer) will be dispatched within 15 days after verification and successful payment.
- Payments are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against future services.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds will only be granted in the following cases:
- Platform Access Issues – If IndiSpeed fails to activate the merchant’s account within 30 days due to internal issues.
- Duplicate Payment – If a merchant accidentally makes multiple payments for the same onboarding.
- Compliance Rejection – If the merchant is rejected due to ONDC or government compliance issues, a partial refund will be processed after deducting administrative costs.
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The merchant chooses to discontinue services after onboarding.
- The account is suspended due to policy violations (e.g., fraudulent orders, non-compliance).
- The merchant fails to submit necessary KYC and business documents within the given timeframe.
- The business kit has been dispatched or used by the merchant.
Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 15 working days.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using IndiSpeed, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
3. Services Offered
IndiSpeed operates as an ONDC logistics aggregator platform and provides the following services:
- Domestic Shipping Solutions – Fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery across India.
- Competitive Shipping Rates – Best rates through ONDC-registered logistics partners.
- Seamless Logistics Integration – For smooth shipping operations.
- ONDC Network Benefits – Helps merchants expand their reach and optimize logistics.
4. Merchant Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and up-to-date business details (store address, product info, contact details).
- Ensure that shipped products comply with all laws and regulations.
- Prohibited items include hazardous materials, illegal goods, and counterfeit products.
IndiSpeed is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address details provided by merchants.
5. Third-Party Logistics Providers
- IndiSpeed connects merchants with ONDC-registered logistics providers.
- IndiSpeed is not liable for losses, damages, or delays caused by third-party courier companies.
- Any disputes regarding delivery, RTO (Return to Origin), or loss must be raised directly with the logistics partner.
6. Pricing and Payments
- Shipping rates are dynamically calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service type.
- Payments must be made before booking shipments via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.
- IndiSpeed does not guarantee fixed shipping prices and rates may fluctuate based on logistics providers.
7. Return to Origin (RTO) & Liability
- If an order is RTO due to the merchant’s mistake (wrong address, customer refusal, etc.), IndiSpeed will not reimburse shipping charges.
- If an order is RTO due to logistics provider failure, merchants can raise a dispute within 7 days.
- IndiSpeed is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once picked up by the courier partner.
8. Limitation of Liability
- IndiSpeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited only to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
9. Modifications to Terms & Conditions
IndiSpeed reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
