1. Shipping Services

IndiSpeed provides reliable and cost-effective domestic shipping solutions across India through our network of ONDC-registered logistics partners.
IndiSpeed offers three types of delivery options to cater to different shipping needs:

  1. Standard Delivery – Ideal for non-urgent shipments, this option ensures cost-effective nationwide delivery within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

  2. Express Delivery – Designed for faster shipping, express deliveries are completed within 1 to 3 business days, offering a quicker alternative for time-sensitive shipments.

  3. Immediate Delivery – This is our hyperlocal solution, ensuring same-day or instant delivery within a few hours for local orders, making it perfect for urgent, last-mile deliveries.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

- Shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, and destination.  

- Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  


3. Shipment Tracking

- Users can track their shipments in real-time using the tracking ID provided at the time of booking.  

- Tracking information is accessible through the IndiSpeed platform or the logistics partner's website.  


4. Shipping Restrictions

- IndiSpeed and its logistics partners comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited items include but are not limited to hazardous materials, illegal goods, and perishable items.  

- Users are responsible for ensuring that their shipments comply with these restrictions.  


5. Delivery Attempts

Logistics partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the shipment cannot be delivered after the third attempt, it will be returned to the sender, and additional charges may apply.
