1. Refund Eligibility

IndiSpeed facilitates shipping services through our network of ONDC-registered logistics partners. Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

- Lost or Damaged Shipments: If the shipment is lost or damaged during transit due to the fault of the logistics partner.

- Cancellation Before Dispatch: If the shipment is canceled before it is dispatched by the logistics partner.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or regulatory inspections.

- Refusal by the recipient to accept the shipment without a valid reason.

- Shipments confiscated or held by authorities due to non-compliance with applicable laws.

3. Refund Process

- To request a refund, users must contact IndiSpeed customer support within 7 days of the delivery attempt or issue.

- Refund requests will be reviewed, and eligibility will be determined based on the terms of the logistics partner and the nature of the issue.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
