SHARED CONTENT
We automatically collect and store certain types of information about your use of Indispeed Services, including information about your interaction with content and services available through Indispeed Services. Like many websites, we use cookies and other unique identifiers, and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser or device accesses Indispeed Services and other content served by or on behalf of Indispeed on other websites.
PROFILE DATA
You can also choose to provide profile information like a photo, headline, language, website link, social media profiles, country, or other data. Your Profile Data will be publicly viewable by others.

HOW DO WE GET DATA ABOUT YOU
We use cookies, which are small text files stored by your browser, to collect, store, and share data about your activities across websites, including on Indispeed. They allow us to remember things about your visits to Indispeed, like your preferred language, and to make the site easier to use. We may also use clear pixels in emails to track deliverability and open rates.

Comply with legal obligations: In certain cases, we collect and use your personal information to comply with laws. For instance, we collect from sellers information regarding place of establishment and bank account information for identity verification and other purposes.

Fraud Prevention and Credit Risks: We use personal information to prevent and detect fraud and abuse in order to protect the security of our customers, Indispeed, and others. We may also use scoring methods to assess and manage credit risks.
WHAT IF WHEN YOU REFUSE TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
Where we need to collect personal data under the terms of this policy and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to provide you full access with the Platform/services/mobile application). In this case, we may have to cancel or limit your access to the Platform/services/mobile application.
TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We comply with the applicable laws in respect of storage and transfer of personal data. As a part of your use of the platform, the information, and the personal data you provide to use may be transfer to and stored in the countries other than the country you are based in. This may happen if any of our servers are from time to time located in the country other than the one you are based in, or one of our service providers is located in the other country.
By submitting your information and personal data to us, you agree to transfer, storage, and processing of such information and personal data in the manner described above.
Transactions involving Third Parties: We make available to you services, products, applications, or skills provided by third parties for use on or through Indispeed Services. For example, the products you order through our marketplace are from third parties, you can download applications from third-party application providers from our App Store, and enable third-party skills through our services. We also offer services or sell product lines jointly with third-party businesses, such as sellers on the marketplace, restaurants registered on Indispeed, merchants providing bill-payment assistance. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customers’ personal information related to those transactions with that third party.
Third-Party Service Provider: We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders for products or services, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, transmitting content, scoring, assessing and managing credit risk, and providing customer service. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes. Further, they must process the personal information in accordance with applicable law.
Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy other businesses or services. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Indispeed, Indispeed Seller Services Private Limited or any of its affiliates, or substantially all of their assets is acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
Protection of Indispeed and Others: We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Indispeed, our users, or others. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when personal information about you might be shared with third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
DATA SECURITY
We take commercially reasonable technical, physical and organizational steps to safeguard any personal information you provide, to protect it from unauthorized access or alteration or misuse.

Where you have set a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password secret and confidential. We will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of your information, or for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords, or for any activity on your user account due to such unauthorised disclosure of your password. In the event your password has been compromised in any manner whatsoever, you should promptly notify us to enable us to initiate a change of password.
We take reasonable security precautions, no transmission of information can ever be completely secure or error free and you should not expect that your information will remain private under all circumstances. We are not liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform, including, but not limited to, incurred directly or indirectly or any loss of data, use, good-will, or other intangible losses.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, processing, and disclosure of personal customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

Third-Party Advertisers and Links to Other Websites: Indispeed Services may include third-party advertising and links to other websites and apps. Third-party advertising partners may collect information about you when you interact with their content, advertising, and services.
CHILDREN POLICY
You must have attained the age of majority to be able to use or access our platform. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, your registration and use of our platform must be with the supervision of an adult. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow your minors under your care to submit Personal Information to us. In the event that such Personal Information of a minor is disclosed to us, you hereby consent to the processing of the minor’s Personal Information and accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and take responsibility for his or her actions.
However, if the Company is notified that the personal data of individuals below the age of majority has been collected by us, without user or parental consent, we shall take all necessary steps to delete such information from our servers. As a parent or legal guardian, you are encouraged to reach out to the Grievance Officer, for redressal of any complaints in relation to collection of children data.
USER GENERATED INFORMATION
We invite Users to submit feedback and suggestions, make service requests, and submit details of grievances on the Platform. Please note that such content may be available to visitors to our Platform.
CHANGES OR UPDATES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We may occasionally update this privacy policy . If we make changes to this policy we will upload the revised policy on the platform or share it with you, where appropriate, notified to you by email. To the extent permitted under applicable law, by using our Platform after such notice, you consent to updates made to this Policy. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy for the latest information on our privacy practices.
