IndiSpeed operates as an ONDC logistics aggregator platform (logistics buyer network participant) and provides the following services:

1. Domestic Shipping Solutions: We enable fast, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of products across domestic locations in India.

2. Competitive Shipping Rates: Through our network of ONDC-registered logistics partners (logistics seller network participants), we offer access to competitive pricing for shipping services.

3. Seamless Integration: Our platform simplifies logistics operations for businesses, allowing them to focus on growth while we handle their shipping needs.

4. ONDC Network Benefits: By leveraging the ONDC network, we empower merchants to expand their reach, streamline operations, and unlock new revenue opportunities.

IndiSpeed is committed to providing exceptional logistics services and acting as a trusted partner in India's digital commerce landscape.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information, including shipping addresses, product details, and contact information.

• You are responsible for ensuring that the items you ship comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our Prohibited Items List.

• Prohibited items include but are not limited to hazardous materials, illegal goods, counterfeit products, and items restricted by law.

4. Third-Party Logistics Providers

IndiSpeed collaborates with ONDC logistics providers to fulfill your shipping needs. While we strive to ensure reliable service, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by these providers. Any disputes regarding shipping must be resolved directly with the logistics provider.

5. Pricing and Payments

• Shipping rates: are calculated based on factors such as weight, dimensions, destination, and service type.

• Payments: must be made in advance through our secure payment gateway. We accept all major credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI.

6. Limitation of Liability

IndiSpeed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific shipment in question.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
